SINAPSI is firmly convinced that, to carry out a good project, it is necessary deeply know production techniques; as well, to well manufacture a product, it is necessary to know the importance of the project details.

 

For that reason, the synergy between production and engineering must be constantly feeded; having both department in house is the strong point of SINAPSI!

 

We are able to offer silicone potting / sealing, assembling, small wiring, resin potting, and supplying services of customized components, through the direct services of SINAPSI or through partner suppliers.

Siliconing

Through our special dispensing machine, we can apply silicone on various items that require a moisture sealeant jointing system, even in severe working conditions, preserving the protection of internal electronic circuits. We can control weight and / or volume of applied silicone, rather than following complex profiles and paths.

Assemblies

We carry out mechanical assemblies by controlled torque screwing, by means of presses, riveting or even simple manual assemblies, articles of all types.

Wirings

We manufacture and assemble small / medium series of wirings, using special machines for cutting, stripping and crimping, or by manual operations or welding.
