RAPID PROTOTYPING

Rapid prototyping is closely linked to research and development. SINAPSI integrate this service: 3D printing carried out directly in-house, using dual extruder FDM technology, which allows prototypes to be made in dual materials or two colours. The use of this technology has enabled SINAPSI to push prototyping to advanced levels, simulating the overmoulding of rubber on a rigid support, a technique previously not available in rapid prototyping.

SINAPSI produces prototypes in Nylon, ABS, PLA, CPE, PC, TPU, PP; in different colours or transparent. Thanks to the water-soluble technology, it is possible to produce highly complex shapes with deep and unreachable cavities, all in one mould. Through its network of partners, SINAPSI is also able to supply prototypes made using all other additive and/or solid machining techniques.

The evolution of materials and 3D printing technology has developed to such an extent that it is suitable for workshop equipment and the manufacture of small series, pre-series or single copies of functional objects and machining tools.
